Change Management Process & Facilitation Skills
Objectives:
A 4 day course covering CMP & Facilitation which will enable the participants to:
- Develop team leadership and meeting skills
- Implement and manage change effectively
- Apply the Facilitation and Change Management Process (CMP) tools to your Six Sigma project
- Ensure the same language, vocabulary, tools and model of facilitation are used across business
- Equip BB's with tools and knowledge necessary to become an effective Six Sigma coach
Target Audience:
- Business Leadership Team
- All BB's are required to attend training
- GB's and Project Leaders who have the responsibility to lead an improvement team are encouraged to attend
Participant Requirement:
- All participants are required to attend with a project
