Green Belt for Champions
Objectives:
A 10 day course or devided over several 2 - 4 day sessions.
The desired autcoms of the GBfCH training is:
- Gain knowledge and skills of basic Six Sigma tools and DMAIC methodology at the Green Belt level of mastery
- Gain an overview level of DFSS to help business leaders choose when best to use DMAIC vs. DFSS vs Quick Hit
- Use rationale, knowledge and skills of Process Management to develop a process management structure and plan for their business assessment of current PM structure
- Apply CMP concepts and tools to assist Business unit to analyze and improve the strategy and implementation of its overall Six Sigma effort
- Expsure to leadership concepts, skills and tools to eneble improved leadership of Six Sigma effort (best practices; collection and incorporation of Voice of the Employee (VOE) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) data regarding the Six Sigma effort; assessment of meetings using the dimensions of team success)
Target Audience:
- Business Leader and their direct reports.
Participant Requirement:
Due to the accelerated nature of this program, all participants should have a good understanding of DMAIC and Six Sigma prior to attending the training. The minimum requirement is to have attended Six Sigma for Executives or Quality Awareness 2.
Participants attend with their projects as a team leader or with a project team.
